MEET THE TEAM

A duo of industry veterans with resumes covering San Francisco, New York, New Orleans, Europe, and Dubai.

HEAD OF WINE

  • Zach’s career started in New Orleans and New York—the charming cities roped him in to the spectacular food and wine scene. He would go on to earn impressive sommelier credentials, graduate hundreds of students, and work in every position of the wine supply chain. As an importer, he traveled across Europe visiting hundreds of winemakers to learn each family’s story and treasured production practices. In San Francisco, he stacked Michelin Stars as Beverage Director for the renowned Lazy Bear , and most recently as Director of Operations for Aphotic (which also won the rare Green Star for sustainability). In between accolades, he founded and sold Prologue Wine Co., a nationwide eCommerce wine retail company. Having discovered the budding scene in the Tampa Bay Area, he recently relocated to St. Pete where he continues to delight guests with delicious wine and unforgettable hospitality.

HEAD OF PROVISIONS

  • Rachelle’s marketing and design career took off in New York City working for a boutique international ad agency. Realizing her passion for the food-and-beverage (F&B) industry, she started a consulting firm, taking on small business clients to build their brand and web design. In 2016, she earned a bilingual MBA from IESE in Barcelona, and then completed a 3-month stint in Medellin, Colombia where she volunteered as a consultant for food start-ups. For the last decade she’s been in tech marketing, launching Uber Eats in Dubai as Head of Marketing and leading F&B and Retail initiatives at Square in San Francisco. Moving to the Tampa Bay Area has inspired her to finally take the plunge to open her own shop.
